Rana began her artistic journey with painting and holds a degree in Painting from the University of Art and Architecture in Tehran. Alongside her academic studies, she trained under leading Notable Iranian painters and gained experience across a wide range of styles.
She is an artist who dissolves the boundaries between painting, body, and fashion, creating a contemporary and immersive artistic experience. A multidisciplinary artist with a broad range of experience, she continuously explores new ways to create work that is distinctive, expressive, and evolving.
With nearly two decades of professional practice as both an artist and educator, she is originally from Iran and now based in Toronto. She leads advanced painting classes, unique workshops, and curated art events, and is also active in live body painting.
Her work in fashion is a natural extension of her artistic vision a practice that moves beyond the canvas into wearable form. Each piece becomes a living expression of her art, brought into motion through the body and the presence of the model a true interpretation of wearable art.
